Service Description

Our bootcamps are designed to work your entire body from head to toe. These camps are HITT workouts that incorporate strength training, weight lifting, toning, and working your core. These workouts float through the gym and can include time in our sandpit, on the weight machines, and training with our state-of-the-art Vertimax Raptor.
